1. Production Turnaround vs. Shipping Time
It is important to understand that your final delivery timeline consists of two separate phases: Production Turnaround and Transit Time.
- Production Turnaround: This is the time required to structurally manufacture, print, cut, and quality-check your custom boxes, Mylar bags, or labels. This phase begins only after payment is secured and you have given final written approval of your digital artwork proof.
- Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to transport the finished goods from our manufacturing facilities or distribution warehouses to your specified delivery address.
2. Shipping Methods & Logistics
Depending on the size, weight, and volume of your order, goods will be shipped using one of the following methods:
A. Parcel Shipping (Small to Medium Orders)
For lighter orders, samples, or short-run label prints, we utilize standard ground parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically as soon as the shipping labels are generated.
B. LTL Freight Shipping (Bulk Wholesale Orders)
Because high-volume packaging orders (like flat-packed corrugated mailers or rigid boxes) are exceptionally heavy and bulky, they are securely stacked, strapped, and shrink-wrapped onto industrial wooden pallets. These are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight.
- Liftgate Service: If your delivery location does not have a dedicated loading dock or a forklift, you must inform us prior to dispatch so we can request a freight truck equipped with a hydraulic liftgate.
- Delivery Appointments: The freight carrier will typically call the phone number provided on the order to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be physically present to sign for palletized deliveries.
3. Shipping Rates & Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to businesses and residential addresses nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included directly in your custom wholesale invoice based on total cargo weight, volume dimensions, and destination zip code.
- International Shipping: We offer global shipping solutions. Please note that international ocean or air freight transit times vary significantly depending on customs clearing protocols.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, or regional localization taxes levied by the destination country.
4. Shipping Liability & Terms (FOB Shipping Point)
Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing, all orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point.
- This means that legal title and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer the moment the shipment is securely loaded onto the carrier’s truck at our facility.
- While we will fully assist you with documentation, we are not financially liable for transit delays, weather disruptions, route diversions, or handling damages caused by third-party freight carriers.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery & Damaged Freight
We enforce rigid quality control standards, but industrial goods can occasionally face rough transit conditions.
- Inspect Before Signing: When receiving an LTL freight delivery, carefully inspect the external wrap and pallets before signing the driver’s delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Note Damages on the BOL: If you see crushed boxes, torn plastic wrapping, or broken pallets, you must write “Received Damaged” on the BOL before signing it. If the damage is catastrophic, you have the right to refuse the delivery.
- Report to Us: Take high-resolution photographs of any damaged packaging and notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate an official carrier investigation.
6. Address Corrections & Redelivery Fees
Please ensure your delivery address, commercial status, and contact phone number are fully accurate at the time of order placement.
- If a carrier is forced to return a shipment to our facility or charge a redelivery fee due to incorrect address data, lack of a delivery appointment confirmation, or lack of necessary equipment (like a missing loading dock/liftgate request), the customer will be billed for all associated accessorial carrier fees.
