Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after production is complete, depending on your location within the USA. Factors such as bulk quantities, custom material sourcing, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery windows. While we strive to meet every estimated date, rare delays during peak periods or unforeseen events may occur.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive full tracking information via email. You can monitor your shipment in real time. If you have any questions about your delivery status, our support team is always available to assist.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Capital Packaging LLC is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes after production has begun may not be possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at support@capitalpackaging.us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
